FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Reports indicate the mandate covers businesses operating in the UAE, with phases set by revenue. Confirm your position with your tax adviser and the Ministry of Finance.
Under the new system, the invoice itself must be a structured PINT AE XML file exchanged through an Accredited Service Provider.
ZATCA notifies taxpayers by criteria based on VAT-taxable revenue. Wave 25 covers revenue above SAR 187,500 in any year from 2022 to 2025, with a deadline of 1 February 2027.
Standard (B2B) invoices are cleared by ZATCA before being shared with the buyer. Simplified (B2C) invoices are issued first and reported to ZATCA afterwards.
If your aggregate turnover exceeded ₹5 crore in any financial year since 2017-18, B2B, export and SEZ invoices must be reported to the IRP. This is mandatory for ₹5 crore and above, and the 30-day reporting limit applies from ₹10 crore.
Our main focus is ERPNext and Odoo. If you use something else, we can assess whether an integration or a migration is the better route.
